The pipeline dream that came true - owned by Shane and Jodie Solczaniuk, Carlyle's BYO Restaurant has been busy since 2002 earning an excellent reputation with great food and great service. With experience living and working in many locations around the world, including Turkey, England, Scotland and Israel and of course Australia, they have plans to host different evenings in the future.
With lemon-scented chicken, char-grilled steak, smoked duck and braised lamb shanks being just a sample of what there is on the menu, the choice might take a while! There are vegetarian options available too.
Whether it's a quiet dinner for 2, or hosting a function, Carlyle's BYO Restaurant is a great location. Jodie and Shane are only too happy to tailor-make functions for you enjoy. Their passion for what they do is evident in everything about this restaurant.
