There are many styles of Martial Art, for example: Kickboxing, Thai-boxing, jiu-jitsu, Gi and no Gi submission fighting. MMA encompass each of these fighting arts becoming the most well rounded and complete martial arts of its age. Our system can be used by anyone, irrespective of strength, weight or gender.
Our training incorporates, the lockes, chokes, throws, submission holds and ground fighting of jiu-jitsu with the striking of kickboxing and thai-boxing.
Whether you want to learn self defence techniques, get fit, stay fit, or compete at the highest levels. We cater for all.
