Quality family run country house hotel in the peaceful conservation hamlet of Near Sawrey,next door to Beatrix Potter's house ' Hill Top'We are surrounded by National Trust Land
The hotel which is an AA premier selected hotel has a bar, lounge and Restauant which has 2AA Rosettes for goood food. The hotel nestles in 1.6 acres of grounds and directly overlooks Estwaite Water, Grizedale Forest and the Old Man of Coniston.
We have 12 en-suited bedrooms of varying sizes, most of which overlook the lake.There is parking for approx 15 cars.And the hotel is totally Non Smoking.
The hotel is in the Southern Lake District National Park and is ideal for touring the area or just relaxing.
