Park House is situated in in the pretty residential area of Alverstoke, with the unspoilt Stokes Bay Beach just five minutes from the property. Features of the property include a south facing garden, a real coal Victorian fireplace in the living room and conservatory.

Accommodation can sleep up to 7 and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Children are welcome with a Travel Cot & Stair Gates available on request. In the living room there is SKY TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, Music System, Board Games, Books, DVDs & CDs.

The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes from the Town Centre, where a 5 minute ferry provides access to the vibrant Gunwharf Quays at Portsmouth, with its excellent waterfront restaurants, bars and shops, and historical ships The Warrior and Nelson's ship The Victory.

Park House is fully gas central heated with £20 per week included in the rental cost for heating & lighting.
