Careful planting of trees, shrubs and flowerbeds has created a relaxing natural environment for you to enjoy. This theme has been continued throughout the park to create a special tranquil atmosphere.

All our Luxury Lodges are positioned facing towards the lake in the centre of the park, some of which are literally lakeside. A fantastically serene & restful setting! Watch the wildlife from the comfort of our own Wooden Lodge after a day exploring the magical, majestic, secret land of Shropshire. The park has been awarded a Gold David Bellamy Award, a great reflection on the philosophy of the park.

Getting There: The town of Craven Arms lies on the A49 some 20 miles south of Shrewsbury & 9 miles North of Ludlow. From Craven Arms turn off at Craven Arms Hotel (B4368) sign posted Clun. At long meadowend turn left onto the B4367 & follow the brown tourist signs for Ashlea Pools Country Park to the village of Hopton Heath. Ashlea Pools Country Park is situated approximately 300 yards on the tight, south of the village green.
