East Anglian Medieval Fayre

Annual Medieval Festival staged third weekend in July each year at the historic Rougham Airfield, home of the 94th bombardmnet Group of the USAAF in WW2 and convenient to the A14.

The East Anglian Medieval Festival features the very best Medieval Re-enactments groups and Performers, including Destrier, The Early Medieval Alliance, The Paladins of Chivalry, Ye Old Redtail Falconry Display Team, The Compagnie of Saynte Barbara, The Swordsof Chivalry, top band Schelmish from Germany, Lancaster's Armourie Medieval Combat Display Team, and the Herbert Household.

A packed programme of spectacular Displays and Demonstrations in the Arena leads to the Artillery Display and a massive Battle Re-enactment each afternoon, complete with Archery, Blocks of Bill, Men at Arms and fully armoured Knights as the Early Medieval Alliance re-create a Battle of the Flags.
