The Old Pheasant was refurbished in 2004 and provides a relaxing environment in which to drink or dine.
Our Head Chef, Adam Longden, has created a menu which places great emphasis on quality local produce, so we change our menu regularly to reflect seasons and availability. We serve pheasant, partridge and trout reared locally, and use potatoes and eggs farmed nearby - amongst others.
We offer a fantastic range of drinks in the bar, and have Pheasant Ale brewed in Oakham by the Grainstore Brewery.
Our accommodation is all en-suite, and provides an opportunity to relax and escape the daily grind.
