Garden Cottage is located in a quiet central location, off the main Pitlochry to Braemar A924 road, opposite the local bowling green. It has an open, sunny aspect, with a colourful garden with abundant wildlife, and adjacent off-street parking.

The Cottage has been recently re-decorated and re-furbished, and offers cosy, restful, convenient accommodation, only 5/10 minutes walk from the supermarket and main street shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms (twin and double bedded) lounge/dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom and seperate shower room. It is available throughout the year, including for Short Breaks (3 or 4 days) from 1 November to 31 March.

Pitlochry is at the heart of Highland Perthshire, and is an ideal centre for touring, walking and sightseeing - with most of the Highlands within a day's drive! The area is renowned for its golf courses, fishing, water sports and its history and heritage.
