The Tring Anglers

We are a small and friendly coarse angling club based in Tring, but with waters in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, including canal, river and still-water venues. Annual membership is available and necessary for our 'members only' waters, but most of our canal stretches can be fished on a pay-on-the-bank day ticket.

Affiliation to Oxford & DAA and a water-share agreement with Barnet & DAC give members free access to many other venues a little further afield.

Our waters hold many sizes and species of fish from tiny gudgeon through to 30+lb carp. Whether you're a pleasure angler, a serious matchman or a dedicated specimen hunter you will find somewhere to suit your taste. Most of them are located deep in the countryside, so even if you are not catching fish you can still enjoy the peace & quiet and beautiful scenery!
