Mike is a fully qualified and licensed, full-time, Fly Fishing Instructor operating in Lancashire and the North West. I teach complete beginners or the more experienced in all fly fishing techniques to catch Salmon, Trout & Grayling on stillwaters/reservoirs and rivers.

Fly fishing is a great pastime and anyone can do it - and I do mean anybody, provided you learn the basics correctly. I do a choice of complete beginners packages at special prices that includes all your equipment. You can choose from a 2 hour lesson, half day or full day. For the more experienced maybe you just want to improve your casting, want to cast further, learn to double haul or how to cast better when it's windy?

The Fishery I use, Curley's, has all the facilites you need, secure parking, log cabin cafe, toilets, decked viewing area, 6 acre reservoir, all set in wonderfull countryside on the edge of Rivington Country Park.

Alternatively you may want to have a go at river fishing - just let me know
