Hugh Fearnly Whittingstall of River Cottage Fame said that "Purely Organic's Trout are better than any I have tasted". The Trout are reared in 400 year old spring water that first flows through Organic Watercress beds where it naturally picks up freshwater shrimp which are the trout's main diet.
