Whether boating along the majestic River Severn, meandering up the the River Avon to Shakespeare's Stratford Upon Avon, sampling the scenic Staffs and Worcester canal or journeying the lock strewn Worcester and Birmingham canal, Starline have the perfect canal holidays to suit your tastes.

Starline Narrowboats offer well designed narrowboats with fully equipped kitchens, gas central heating, flush loos and flexible living space. In 2006 they have added carpets, new electric fridges and CD/DVD players. Many prices are cheaper than 2005 and represent excellent value.

Further Information: The Worcester & Birmingham Canal is for the active or the canal enthusiast with tunnels, swing bridges & many locks including the famous Tardebigge flight of 30 locks. The Staffs & Worcester Canal is one of the most attractive canals in the country with beautiful scenery and country pubs. The picturesque River Avon twists and meanders through meadows between Tewkesbury and Stratford-upon-Avon through the Vale of Evesham.

Starline narrowboats or Stroudwater Crusers they use a few different names. The holiday started with problems we had to leave our car in an unsecured carpark for 1 week.

We travelled 12000miles from New Zealand for a dream holiday to live in dirty smelly over priced accommodation on the Dawn Star.
