Swan Inn

The Swan has long been one of the places to go for a romantic evening and those lucky enough to live nearby go there to celebrate special events. The building, which was originally the old prison in the 17th century has recently been completely refurbished inside. A very extensive wine list is coupled with excellent modern cuisine, served lunchtimes and evenings. So whats cooking? Lunches can be anything from our House Sandwiches to something a little more substantial, like our Fishcakes which were recently reviewed by the Oxford Times food critic as "the best he has had". Evenings you will find....Fish of the Day to Duck or Steak. There is a wide selection and our customers always leave very happy and cannot wait to return for more.
