Blue Line Cruises, now in their eight season of operations from Poole Quay operate M.V. Solent Scene, the largest local passenger vessel in Dorset. Solent Scene is a well-found vessel with plenty of room inside and out. A large bar is provided on the lower level with a dance floor on the upper level.

Solent Scene operates cruises from Poole to Swanage three days a week giving over four hours ashore in the Victorian seaside resort. A reciprocal service gives residents and visitors to Swanage a chance to visit Poole for shopping or attractions giving two and a half hours ashore. This service runs from June to September inclusive and is a popular alternative to the bus or car.

Regular sailings operate throughout the year from Poole Quay to view the Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coastline, Britain's only Natural World Heritage site. These sailings typically last for one hour.
