Afloat and Ashore Ltd

Afloat and Ashore Ltd are able to offer sessions in climbing, archery, orienteering, abseiling, team building exercises, open canoeing, improvised raft building, gorge walks and tyrolean traverses, to a wide range of clientelle.

We are also able to organise a range of First Aid courses.British Canoe Union courses and National Navigation Award. We hold an AALA License (Adventure Activities Licensing Authority) for climbing and watersports and have full insurance cover. All our equipment is of the highest standard, conforming to the CE guidelines and our staff hold the relevant national governing body awards and current first aid qualifications.

We design programmes specifically around your individual needs, be it purely for fun, as part of a training day, residential experience, a specific challenge, corporate event, competition or a fund raising event.
