With thirty years experience it's proprietor, Stephen Ford, began in Bristol, in 1970 in the Private Hire Sector. In 1977 he changed to the Hackney Carriage Section and by 1987 was the managing director of one of the largest licensed taxi companies outside of London. In 1992 Stephen moved on and formed his own Company, Call A Cab Direct offering an unrivalled taxi service to business users. In 1997 a second company called WHITE WEDDING CARS OF NAILSEA was acquired and it was decided to put the Mercedes Benz Saloons that came with the business to use.
