The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust is the largest international wetland conservation charity in the UK. Founded in 1946 by the artist and naturalist Sir Peter Scott (1909 - 1989), WWT has 9 visitor centres around the UK, where people can get closer to wetland birds and enjoy spectacular wetland landscapes.

The visitor centre at Arundel. in the heart of the Sussex Downs, is surrounded by ancient woodland and overlooked by the town's historic castle. The wetlands at Arundel are home to many rare species of wetland wildlife and a venue for migrating wildfowl.

At weekends and holiday times, you can enjoy a Boat Safari around our new Wetlands Discovery area - price included in your admission - to really get nose to beak with Nature.
