Imagine experiencing the greatest story the pop world has ever know, in the City where it all began! The multi-award winning Beatles Story experience is dedicated to Liverpool's most famous sons - John, Paul George and Ringo.

The story is told in 18 separate features including the streets of Hamburg, a full-size replica of the Cavern Club (complete with basement smells!), the Merseybeat office, Mathew Street, Abbey Road studios, 'Beatlemania', the psychedelic years, a walk-through Yellow Submarine in it's underwater setting, the White Room dedicated to John Lennon and the new 'Paul McCartney: The Solo Years' section.

Recent acquisitions include George Harrison's first guitar, valued at over £1million and on display for the first time in the UK, and the emotional and evocative feature 'Lenses of Lennon' where you can actually peer through his iconic round spectacles!

Info for Disabled: The Beatles Story is fully wheelchair accessible. There is a customer lift at the entrance for visitors who wish to avoid the steps. For those hard of hearing, a hearing loop and written translation for the "Living History" audio guide is available free of charge.
Getting There: The Beatles Story is located on the historic Albert Dock in the heart of Liverpool City centre. Car and coach parking is available (small charge applies). If travelling by car, follow the M62 to the last junction, then simply follow the brown tourist signs for the Albert Dock. The nearest mainline station is Liverpool Lime Street. The nearest Merseyrail station is James Street.
