The River Princess is a 64 seat historic river boat she boasts disabled access, a full bar, PA/ music system/ karaoke, WC/ washroom. She is available for private charter.

We are based at Hanham Mills outside of Chequers and the Old Lock & Weir. Food is available on board or you can enjoy a barbeque or a cream tea on our raised patio garden, which overlooks the weir at Hanham. We run scheduled public trips, such as lunch cruises, pirate tours, and Jazz cruises. We also work with Avon Valley Railway where you can enjoy a combined steam train ride and a river cruise.

We also have two self-drive narrow boats, which are available for day hire, Peace and Tranquillity can seat up to ten people on each.

Info for Disabled
The River Princess has disabled access via a hydraulic lift, most wheelchairs can be accomodated the entrance is 24 inches. we work very closely with nursing homes, day centres and Bristol city council care homes, and have been approved with risk assesments.

All charters are tailored to suit the client, pick up points can be anywhere from Bristol - Bath, corporate groups, hens and stags, Schools, office partys, graduations, weddings, christenings, birthdays.
