Conwy Suspension Bridge is wonderfully situated in the shadow of the grand 13th century castle. The bridge was designed and built by Thomas Telford in the year of 1826 and the tollhouse was fully restored and furnished in the style of the 1890's as it would have been a century ago.

The elegant suspension bridge and toll keeper's house replaced the ferry, which was previously the only ways and means of getting from one side of the river to the other. This is a great attraction for the whole family to go and visit anytime of the year.
