Whitby Taxis Ltd is a small independent Taxi company, which prides itself on offering a prompt and personal service. Our drivers know the local area well and are always happy to help with luggage or shopping. We can help visitors to the area by recommending places of interest to visit and local shops, pubs and restaurants.

As the area is extremely popular with walkers we can offer transport to alternative starting places for your walk and/or collect you at the conclusion of your trip and return you to your lodgings.

We specialise in Airport and Ferry port transfers and cover Teesside, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool John Lennon, East Midlands, Humberside, Stansted and the new Robin Hood airport near Doncaster, which will become operational in 2005. Any other airport can be quoted if required.

Local Area: Places of interest nearby include Goathland- the home of YTV "Heartbeat", Robin Hoods Bay and Runswick Bay, Flamingoland and Eden Camp and Whitby is not far from racecourses at Redcar, Thirsk, Ripon and York- the venue for this years "Ascot " meeting.
