Old Town Hall Museum

The Old Town Hall Museum hosts a wealth of historic exhibits, interactive models and reconstructions, covering the key moments in Hastings Old Town's history. These include the clearances of the 1930s, the rise of the Victorian resort, the town as a Napoleonic garrison, the notorious fraudster Titus Oates, the role of the Cinque Ports navy, as well as the fires, floods and raids of the middle ages.

New displays tell the history of Hastings Old Town as an evocative walk back through time from the present day to pre-history.
