The Bradford Mughal Garden was built using local materials and familiar plants that suit Bradford's climate and was designed to reflect the cultural diversity of the area and fit its location next to Cartwright Hall which houses a collection of contemporary South Asian art.
Bradford's stunning art gallery was opened in 1904 with an important collection of Victorian and Edwardian works following its donation to the city by Samuel Cunliffe Lister.
Exciting temporary exhibitions plus permanent art collections, including 20th Century British Artists are also on display.
