John & Jools Hudson welcome you to Chiltern Guest House, conveniently located just 300 yards from the sea and sands and 800 yards away from the harbour, where you will find all the traditional attractions of a Yorkshire east coast resort.
In total there are nine, well appointed rooms and all the doubles and family rooms have en suite facilities. There is a comfortable lounge with TV and a dining room for guests to enjoy, where vegetarian meals and special diets can be catered for with prior notice.
Just outside the guest house you can admire views across the River Esk, to the historic Whitby Abbey. Take in the sights as you cross the famous old swing bridge and stroll along the cobbled streets filled with quaint shops.
Visit the 'Heartbeat' village of Goathland, home to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, which featured in 'Harry Potter and the Philospher's Stone'. All around the Whitby area there is plenty to see and do and the picturesque North Yorkshire Moors and York are easily accessible.
