Roughfirth House is a stunning waterfront Art Deco style B&B in the popular yachting village of Kippford, Dumfries & Galloway. Located on a private, coastal road lined with gardens and shell beaches, guests enjoy relaxing accommodation with breathtaking estuary and sea views. Idyllic but not isolated, Roughfirth House is a short walk away from the village centre with its two atmospheric pubs serving excellent quality food.

Roughfirth House overlooks the Solway Yacht Club sailing area and has panoramic views across Rough Firth to Rough Island, an accessible bird sanctuary owned by the Scottish National Trust. For guests who enjoy water sports, access to Rough Firth estuary is in front of the house via a slipway at high tide. To the rear of the house, acres of woodland hold many attractive footpaths, one of which leads to a nearby village and a small sandy bay.
