We promise a friendly welcome to this attractive cottage with 3 bedrooms for Bed & Breakfast, in a peaceful location with a large garden away from the road. It has the advantage of being only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, bus stops, shops and between 12 and 15 restaurants. The M11 and the entrance to Stansted Airport are only about 2 miles away. The railway station is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the cottage, with regular fast trains to the City and Cambridge.

The accommodation consists of two comfortable rooms with double beds and an adjacent room with full-length twin bunk beds, sharing an adjoining bathroom for guest's use only. An additional put-u-up bed can be provided in the double room. All rooms have Television, tea and coffee making facilities, fan and hairdryer.

Full English cooked breakfast or light breakfast are available from 7.30am, and vegetarians are also catered for. All eggs are free range from our own chickens.

Guests are asked not to smoke in the house
