This character property is situated in peaceful countryside and yet centrally located between Winchelsea, Rye, Battle along the A259, with Ashford and the Canterbury in the opposite direction along the A2070. The ports of Dover and Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel terminal are 30 minutes drive away.

Olde Moat House dates from 1460 and provides the ideal retreat from the stresses of modern life, and has everything you could possibly want for that perfect break.

We are on the left after approx three quarters of a mile. From Rye - A259 for approx 7 miles over a roundabout and A2070 for 1 mile and turn right for Ivychurch. We are on the left after approx three quarters of a mile.
