Bay Trees B&B is a fantastic guesthouse, located in a quiet avenue in the Historic Cinque Port Liberty Town of Brightlingsea in Essex, and is ideally situated for either business or leisure, and is close to the areas many attractions.

The guesthouse offers three well appointed bedrooms that are equipped with a colour TV, refreshments trays, hairdryers and alarm clocks. All of the guest bathrooms have a plentiful supply of fresh towels, shampoo and shower gel.

Meals are served in the Dining Room at the front of the house, where guests will also find magazines, books and information about the area.

Getting There: By train - to Wivenhoe or Colchester North Station. By bus from Colchester to Brightlingsea By car - take the A133 from Colchester or the A120 Pick up the B1029 which is about 3 miles from the property.
Local Area: Brightlingsea is a town of around 8,000 population, and is located on the unspoilt North-East Essex coast around 68 miles from London. A quiet town with much historical interest, it is surrounded by classic Essex mudflats and marshes, many of which are Sites of Special Scientific Interest. It's a great place for birdwatching,walking, cycling and watersports.
