Edenview B&B is a family run guest house only one mile from the entrance to the famous Eden Project. Close to St Austell town centre, set in 3 acres of land. We have stunning views of the St Austell Bay, far reaching countryside views.

We offer a range of bed and breakfast rooms to accommodate all our guests, from large family rooms, double rooms and rooms for single occupancy. All of our rooms have ensuite or private facilities.

Being in the centre of Cornwall we are an ideal base for all Cornwall has to offer from the miles of sandy beaches, The EdenProject, The lost Garden of Heligan, The ancient port of Charlestown and Megavissey, to name but a few.

There are a wide variety of restaurants for evening meals.
