We are closed from December to mid March 2010. Enquiries only by email please. The accommodation offers a comfortable self-contained double annexe at the rear of the Beach House, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, tea making etc., own private entrance, adjacent garden. Direct access to beach via side way, use of fold up chairs for beach.

Clean safe shingle/sand beach. Windsurfing, canoes etc can be left safely on the beach.

The annex is to the rear of the property and access to the beach is via the sideway. The adjacent garden has a table and chairs and is for sole use of guests during their stay. You can bring your own portable BBQ if you like to eat outdoors.

Angela and Bob extend a warm welcome & aim to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Location: There is a small kiosk and campsite shop selling essential items 5 minutes walk. The Star Inn with real ale and excellent restaurant is 1 mile. Directions From the west. Take A27 to Pevensey Roundabout. Take 4th exit to Pevensey A259. Turn left at traffic lights. Go about 1mile, take 1st turning left (Coast Rd). The Beach House is about mile on the right. From the east, take A259 to Pevensey roundabout. Take 2nd exit and follow above directions. Please park on the drive in front of the Garage or on the grass verge opposite. Thankyou.
