Thorncliff Bed and Breakfast is hidden away between the villages of Windermere and Bowness in the beauty of England's spectacular Lake District. The property was built back in 1898 of lakeland slate, and has only recently been renovated. Although many of the original features of the house have been retained, the house now contains a light contemporary feel.
All guest rooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms and feature a TV, complimentary toiletries, a selection of magazines and books, and for your convenience a hairdryer and alarm clock. Thorncliff Bed and Breakfast is only a short walk into either of the two villages where guests are encouraged to sample the local restaurants and traditional pubs during their stay. You are also only a short distance from breath taking Lake Windermere.
