The property is situated at the very Heart of British Horse Racing. Here in the middle of East Anglia, you can easily reach all the main towns and cities, such as Cambridge, Ely, Bury-St-Edmunds and Norwich.

Close by are facilities for most peoples taste. Shops, we have most of the main High Street names, along with those little back street premises' you don't find at home and plenty of restaurants and pubs, with food and drink to suit most tastes. Sporting venues, some within walking distance, like fishing, golf, off road driving, bird watching, plane spotting, the National Stud, horse racing throughout the flat season at two of the countries finest race courses.

The property is 35 minutes drive from Stanstead airport, one and a half hours from London and one hour from Norwich. There are also regular bus and train service to almost everywhere within this region of the country.
