?Roseudian? is a traditional Cornish Cottage, now comfortably modernised, in a quiet rural area overlooking the Cot Valley near St. Just-in-Penwith.

The cottage stands in 3/4 acre south-facing terraced gardens for guests to enjoy It is an ideal centre for exploring the Land?s End peninsula with its historic sites and mining history, beautiful gardens, fine beaches and the unique open-air Minack Theatre.

St. Michael?s Mount and Cape Cornwall Golf Club are within easy reach, as are many walks in the beautiful countryside or along the Coastal Path

For visitors to the Isles of Scilly, Land?s End Airport is only a few minutes away.

Accommodation consists of one Twin & two Double rooms; all are en-suite and have tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and clock radio. The cottage is centrally heated and we offer a full English breakfast, using home grown and local produce whenever possible.

The cottage is completely non-smoking.
