We have three comfortable bedrooms all with colour T.V's plus tea and coffee making facilities all bedrooms have private facilities.

Guests may walk or sit in our garden on a warm night after a long tiring day.

You come down in the morning to a full english breakfast to start your day.

We are in the centre of 1066 country so we have many places of interest to visit such as castles country homes and gardens, Rye, Hastings, Battle, Brighton to name a few are all within easy travelling distance.

We have a 4 Diamond rating. We are non smoking.
