Katerina's Guest House

Katerina's is ideally situated in the heart of lovely Rothbury Village, perfectly convenient for all local amenities. The property, once part of an old coaching inn, has three en-suite four-poster bedded rooms, each beautifully decorated and colour co-ordinated and has many original features, such as original fireplaces and beamed ceilings. We treat all of our guests as our friends, so that they can really enjoy their stay. There is only one rule - the whole Guest House is strictly "No Smoking".

Each room contains all of the things you need for a comfortable stay... well-stocked tea-tray, mini-fridge,TV, radio-alarm, hair-drier, fresh milk, home-made scones and so on! As for the cooking, Cath was owner and chef of her own "Egon Ronay" recommended restaurant, so breakfast is not just the usual "Full English"... guests can choose from a huge range of dishes, including our own vegetarian "herby-tomatoes", or our real Scotch Whisky porridge!
