We are situated in the beautiful Wye Valley, 2 miles from the Royal Welsh Showground and the market town of Builth Wells. The house is situated 200yds off the main A470 giving excellent access to the whole of Wales.

This large double en-suite room is a modern extension to a 150yr old stone farmhouse with French windows giving a panoramic view of the Wye Valley and the hills above the Royal Welsh Showground at LLanelwedd. You have access to your room at all times and there is safe off road parking at the premises.

The Facility comprises a luxury leather double bed, LCD colour TV and full complementary tray with a fridge provided for those hot days and an electric blanket for chilly nights! The modern en-suite bathroom is in black and white with chrome fittings equipped with electric shower, heated towel rail and provided with fluffy towels and a range of toiletries for your use.

A full breakfast is served in your room or can be enjoyed on your private patio weather permit
