Sunnydene Private Hotel is a 23 bedroom hotel situated at the quieter part of town, all rooms are en-suite, colour television with freeview (in some rooms) and tea & coffee facilities, ironing boards are available, also small fridges.

The property is only 200 yards from the beach and a short walk to the town centre. There are bus stops close to the hotel and the racecourse is a 15 minute walk. The Greyhound stadium and heliport are only 10 minutes by taxi.

Great Yarmouth is a charasmatic holiday location. There are miles of beautiful coastline as well as many attractions that can be found in and around this seaside town.

Over first mini roundabout then right at the next ( Beaconsfield Road ), Turn left at the next mini roundabout and Sunnydene Private Hotel is on the right.
Getting There: A12 Go past James Paget Hospital to the roundabout take the second exit. Turn left at the next roundabout and straight over the next two roundabouts. (cross the Breydon Bridge ). At the next roundabout, turn right, straight over the next,. Filter left at the lights into Northgate Street and follow route as above from Northgate Street .
