Conveniently located on the A2 near to Sittingbourne town centre and train station, the guest house and nearby self-catering accommodation provide value for money accommodation to suit all requirements.

Most rooms at the guest house have en-suite shower & WC and all rooms have tea/coffee facilities, SKY TV, wireless broadband internet access and direct-dial telephone. Prices include our excellent breakfast.

The self-catering accommodation nearby consists of three 3-bedroom furnished houses which have all the facilities you need to move in and relax. All bed linen, towels etc are provided and the tariff for the self-catering properties includes all bills. Properties are rented by the week and occupancy can begin on any day of the week.

Sittingbourne has very few attractions, being a predominantly industrial area. However there are many pretty villages just outside the main urban area and it is very easy to get around to many of the best attractions in Kent such as Leeds cas
