Excellent re-furbished guest house only 5 minutes drive from Birmingham NEC and International Airport. All of our well-furnished rooms have full en-suite with T.V. and tea/coffee facilities.

Our warm, friendly dining room serves a superb full English breakfast and has a fridge for cold drinks and a microwave for guests use. We are situated on the main A452 set amongst fields, yet only 10 minutes drive to the main motorway network.

We are ideally suited for exhibitors and visitors to Birmingham NEC, as we have the capacity for up to 16 guests. Also very close to many golf courses including West Midlands Golf, Forest of Arden Golf and the Belfry. Easy access to Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Straford-upon-Avon and Solihull.

We also take many contractors working in the area. Ample private car parking and very reasonable rates.

Details

Local Area: There are many pubs and restuarants within a 2 mile radius for evening meals. Solihull and Birmingham easy accessible for their many shops and night life.
Getting There: From M42 exit 6 or the NEC take A45 towards Coventry take 1st exit off onto A452 signed Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth. We are 2.5 miles along the dual carriageway on the right hand side. 200 yards past there is a turning to cross dual carriageway as the Mercedes Garage. From M6 Junction 4 turn on to A446 towards Warwick which changes to A452 we are about 6 miles from M6.
