Sarah and Trevor, Proprietors since March 2004, would like to welcome you to their traditional Cornish stone cottage guesthouse. We provide quality accommodation combined with a personal, warm and friendly service. We enjoy making our guests feel welcome and at home.

As members of Southwest Tourism, the Cornwall Tourist Board and the Lizard Peninsula Tourism Association we are inspected every year to maintain our high standards of accommodation and service. This is as important to us as it is to you. These surprise inspections are carried out by an independent assessor and adhere to the National Quality Assurance Standards.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we operate a No Smoking Policy throughout Lyndale Cottage.

To the front of the Cottage is a garden patio area where guests are welcome to relax and watch the world go by and our private car park at the rear of the cottage gives peace of mind to our guests.

Local Area: Set on the edge of the ancient market town of Helston, Lyndale Cottage is only ten minutes walk from the town centre with its cobbled streets and alleys, is close to the coastal footpath and is just a fifteen minute drive to Lizard point, the most Southerly point in the UK. We are ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall's gardens, beaches, villages and coastline. Fishing, riding, boating and golf are all available locally and we are happy to help you make the arrangements. It is only a twenty minute drive to Marazion, Penzance and Falmouth, forty minutes to St Ives, Lands End and the City of Truro. The Eden Project is an hours drive and well worth it.
