Explore this quiet and unspoilt corner of Suffolk and its Heritage Coastline from the comfort of our Grade II listed Guest House, situated in the small market town of Saxmundham.

Ideal location for walking, cycling, golf, bird watching...or simply to unwind. We are close to coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, Snape Maltings concert hall, Sutton Hoo etc.

Our comfortable bedrooms are all fully en-suite with bath or shower, and all have colour TV and DVD. Our ground floor room is also suitable for those less mobile or disabled. We have a restful guest library with music and books to suit all tastes and a cosy licensed residents bar with seasonal open fire.

After a day out guests are welcome to enjoy a game of table tennis or snooker in our games room, or relax in our luxurious Jacuzzi hot tub in our walled garden. Breakfast is sure to satisfy most tastes using fresh local produce, and we try to cater for all dietary requirements.
