We have just renovated (in August 2005) this great Victorian style accommodation. Each room is approx 35sq metres and has * its own en-suite facilities * colour TV * DVD * freeview box in every room

Some rooms have sea views overlooking the Forth and the décor is up to high standards. Each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities, and hair dryer.

We are situated in a very prominent position in the High St of Kirkcaldy, next to all the shopping and easy travelling routes.

The railway is only 5 Minutes walk, bus station 2 minutes walk.

Breakfasts

A self service buffet unit will let you start your breakfast, choosing from a wide range of cereals and muesli's, fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruits, or fruit salads.

Our Traditional Scottish Breakfast consist of a selection of the following:

Best back bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, haggis, fried bread, beans, tomatoes.

Car parking: There is off Street Parking for up to 8 Cars . Guests are provided with 24 hr access to come and go as they please.
Getting There: From Edinburgh take the M90 motorway over the Forth Road Bridge and exit the junction sign posted for Kirkcaldy (A92). Once on the A92 take the first exit marked Kirkcaldy West. This takes you onto the A910 and you follow the directions marked A910, Town Centre and Tourist Information.
