This luxuriously converted barn, set in the heart of a Cornish dairy farm, is the ideal setting for visiting all corners of the county. Cleanliness and friendliness are two of our priorities and a warm welcome awaits singles, couples and families.

All of our six bedrooms are ensuite and have colour television, video players and tea making facilities. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is disabled friendly. Access to the barns is wheelchair friendly and we have a chairlift to access the first floor.

Residents have their own private lounge and breakfast room, with panoramic views out across an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is garden furniture, a barbecue, indoor and outdoor play areas for the young (or young at heart!) and plenty of indoor games and videos.

Things to do: The Eden Project is less than 5 miles away and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are less than 10 miles away. Lanhydrock House, a fabulous National Trust house, and Pencarrow House are just the other side of Bodmin and Pine Lodge Gardens are near St. Austell. The North coast takes around 30 minutes to reach and the south coast, 20 minutes. The city of Truro is also half an hour away and landsend will take you about an hour and a half.
Special Features: We offer bed and breakfast for up to 26 people, or if you are a group of 12 or more you can take over the whole complex and self cater. (Sorry, the kitchen is not available to bed and breakfast guests.) We also have a two bedroomed cottage next door which has an aqua massage spa bath and lovely veranda to enjoy eating alfresco.
