Situated in the Netherton valley, some 5 minutes from Rothbury, yet central for all the popular visitor sites, Burnfoot House offer guests' a relaxing and informal stay, in comfortable accommodation. Our hearty breakfast in served in our Hill View Restaurant, which specialises in serving locally produced game, fish and meat as well as local grown vegetables and fruits, preserves and honey and Lindisfarne mead. After a tiring day touring about this wonderful county, Burnfoot is a welcome place to return.

- From the A1 proceed onto the A697 Coldstream road to the B6344 Rothbury. Drive through Rothbury arriving at Thropton, just after the village sign, turn right at the Cross Keys Pub. Proceed to the next T junction and turn left. Remain on this road until reaching the house
