We are centrally located in the small picturesque village of Coldingham which has the benefits of a stunning countryside, a beautiful sandy beach and secluded coves. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away from Priory View whilst it is only a 2 minute walk to pubs with eating facilities and the historical Priory. For outdoor activities there are a number of golf courses nearby, world class diving at St Abbs and Eyemouth, fishing at lochs, rivers or sea and also bird watching at St Abbs Head nature reserve.

Coldingham is 76 miles north of Newcastle, 45 miles south of Edinburgh and being only 3 miles from the A1 is easily accessible. Coldingham is an ideal base for a short or long break enabling one to explore everything the Borders have to offer.

Both the house and surroundings have recently undergone refurbishment to give a modern relaxed atmosphere, where we hope you will feel at home.

Facilities: Priory View is a non smoking establishment having 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and a family room. All rooms are en-suite and have colour TV, complimentary toiletries, hospitality trays, hairdryer and ample storage. The rooms have views of either the Priory/sea or the garden and countryside. Wireless broadband band is also available. There are 3 sitting areas for guests, the downstairs residents lounge, an outdoor sitting area next to the pond in the secluded garden to the rear and for milder days the indoor sitting area in our chalet can be used. Within the chalet there is also exercise equipment and a foosball table. There is also a dry room available in the chalet. Cars and bikes can be parked at the back of the house on our hard standing car park which has 6 ample spaces.
Please Note: A full Scottish breakfast is of course provided, or a lighter alternative or vegetarian option is available upon request.
