This bed and breakfast is situated in the heart of rural Suffolk, in the picturesque village of Saxtead. The property is three miles north west of Framlingham, set in the delightful county of Suffolk, East Anglia, with close proximity to the heritage coast, Woodbridge, Sutton Hoo and Ipswich. Accommodation is in self contained, private, en suite apartments, separate from the main house. This makes this the ideal location for a relaxing bed and breakfast break in Suffolk.

Each apartment has a TV, drink making facilities and its own lounge/dining room where breakfast is served. There are two double-bedded ground floor apartments that have patio doors onto the garden, while the twin one on a first floor has views over open countryside.
