The chef-owner, Harry Hughes has returned to his home town of Aberystwyth after stints in various famous kitchens. Harry has won a number of awards including Royal Navy Chef of the Year. Since then, he has won several other awards in the establishments in which he has overseen the kitchen operation. Harry's Wife, Li, sees to the front of house: it is advisable to book at this busy restaurant, whose specials include locally-caught fish and the famous dessert selection.
