Since opening in April 1998 the Southwest has seen little to rival the ambition, imagination & magic of Byzantium. At the core of Byzantium's success lies a blend of inspirational French cooking with strong Mediterranean influences complemented by professional, attentive service, which has firmly established Byzantium amongst the region's top restaurants. Byzantium is a venue split over two floors. The candlelit bar / lounge on the ground floor draws heavily upon colonial North Africa & Middle Eastern influences

Ascend the marble staircase to the first floor & you enter a contemporary dining room filled with a warm sensuous glow, the wonderful smell of first rate cooking & a breathtaking view of St. Mary Redcliffe Church.
