Gifford House is an attractive stone Victorian Terrace House conveniently located just over a mile south of Princes Street on the main A7. Lying only four miles from Sherriff Hall Junction of Edinburh City by-pass follow signs Edinburgh city centre A7, it is within a few yards of the Commonwealth Pool, Holyrood Park and Golf Course.
We been awarded a Scottish Tourist board 4 star rating and have single,double,twin and family rooms available. Each centrally heated room is en-suite and is individually and tastefully furnished with many homely extras.
A full Scottish breakfast is served with a large selection of dishes including smoked fish, mackerel and kippers. Special diets are also catered for if required.
Although we are located centrally in Edinburgh, Gifford house is a peaceful haven away from hustle and bustle of city life.
