St Johns Lodge

The B&B is ideally situated between Windermere village and the lake (10 mins walk) and close to all amenities including The Beatrix Potter attraction. The guesthouse caters exclusively for non-smokers. It scores highly in the 3-diamond category and has been awarded three red AA diamonds for excellence for the second year running.

St John's probably offers the largest choice of breakfast menu in the area. There is the usual choice of cereals and fresh fruit and a good selection of traditional English breakfasts but there are also 20 other tasty dishes including vegetarian and vegan, continental, fresh fish and a number of house speciality dishes.

All guests are offered free temporary membership to a nearby local luxury leisure club (about two minutes by car). The club has a pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and small work out area.
